Zia has implemented strict storage and supply procedures across all of its branches and warehouse and at site. This is to ensure sufficient stock at all times, based on the number of consumers and our clients’ requirements:


  • Supplier evaluation and selection process to guarantee product quality and promote local products: more than 92% of purchases are made locally; VQRM process is been done to approve the vendor.
  • Our rules in terms of HSE and quality objectives apply to all of our partners, and are available for verification by our clients;
  • Implementation of supply chains adapted to the extreme conditions of each site; i.e. to supply during rain, during snow fall and in remote location.

  • Control of the cold chain and compliance with storage standards, regardless of the outside temperature;
  • Monitoring carried out by means of electronic recording devices and control of the logistics chain using terminals: transport, hot and cold chain and storage conditions for products;
  • Strict application of the storage standards applicable as per industry practice in accordance with our Best Food Safety Practices Guide; as per ISO 22000 and HACCP guideline.
  • Product labelling.
  • Indication of the expiry date on each product.
