S.ZIA-UL-HAQ & SONS has conducted on Job Training programs for thousand of their personnel over the last decade throughout Pakistan and overseas.
On Job Training - OJT's have included F&B, Customer Service, HSE Awareness, Housekeeping and Exclusive Health and Hygiene programs using workshops, Seminars, Group Community Meetings, and Tool Box Talks. Awareness trainings on systems like HACCP continue as ZIA expends and develops this department.
The HSE Department which reflects a Pro-active entity is geared to serve specifically in the Oil and Gas industries of Pakistan. These industries have some of the highest HSE requirements in the world.
Theory based trainings and workshops along with on-site practical applications to HSE awareness on issues like fire fighting and first aid gives us the edge and enables us to respond effectively and responsibly in any crisis.
